Professional. Luke took my CD player and harnesses, that I had purchased on-line, and finished an install I had already started and couldn't finish. A lot of businesses won't do that kind of work, or will rake you over the coals on the labor, but Luke took on my job, and charged a very fair price. Next time I purchase this kind of gear, I will visit Luke's shop before going On-line. Having that technical expertise beside me, rather than on the phone, will be worth paying a little extra for the gear!!
